Xubian Wellness & Acne Clinic, P.C. offer services by appointment only. That time is reserved especially for you.
In order to respect each other’s time and efforts the following policies are embraced and enforced:
—We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling any new client appointments
You may cancel your appointment by calling the clinic at 910-429-2263 or cancelling directly through your portal on Vagaro.
If you fail to show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service price.
We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we may offer your appointment to our waitlist clients.
Failure to provide appropriate notice of cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the service price.
For existing clients, we allow 1 appointment to be canceled less than 48 hours at no charge for emergency purposes. After that, we appreciate you complying with our cancellation policy.
Appointments are always confirmed at least 2 days before your scheduled appointment time through email and SMS text. Make sure your contact information is correct and current as it is your responsibility to make sure that you are receiving our appointment confirmations.
Arriving late can take valuable time away from your treatment.
We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible.
As a courtesy, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged in full.
